When the town’s mayor goes missing, overconfident Detective Copp takes the case to prove he can follow in his father’s legendary footsteps. With the help of his new partners —Jessica Benson (sharp, professional, endlessly patient) and Eddie Torial (ambitious, driven, unfortunately blind) — Copp stumbles through bizarre encounters: A suspicious restaurant called Stereotypes, an underground tortoise-racing den, a mysterious man who only communicates with note cards, and, worst of all, his rival Officer Mark Mywords (annoyingly handsome, dating Copp’s ex-girlfriend, and struggles with verbal dyslexia). As the chaos builds, Copp discovers that solving the mystery (and saving the mayor) requires more than his self-proclaimed skill — it takes teamwork. Chad Sano has been part of the entertainment industry since childhood, starting as an actor in front of the camera and later honing his skills behind it as a cinematographer and director.
Today, he collaborates with his brother, Brenan Sano, writing and creating feature films that combine creativity, humor, and storytelling.
